Abstract The mechanical obstruction of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) flow can lead to very high hyperproteinorachia. In myeloma, tumoral clivus obstruction can cause such high proteinorachia, associated with paraprotein detection in the CSF in absence of intrathecal synthesis.
