THE MODERN INTERNATIONAL-LEGAL REGIME OF THE ARCTIC OCEAN AND COASTAL SEAS OF ARCTIC STATES

Abstract

The article views the existing international-legal regime of the Arctic maritime spaces. Special attention is paid to the disputes between the arctic states on the demarcation of the exclusive economic zone and the continental shelf. To elaborate the definite position in this sphere, the author suggests to detail the means of decision making process on sea boarders delimitation.
