Pneumonia is the reason for COVID-19 patients to hospitalized and requires oxygen therapy. Severe pneumonia causes hipoxemia due to respiratory failure which known as acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). The prone position, which has been known for a long time can be used as an adjuvant therapy to improve ventilation for COVID-19 patients who suffrered ARDS.
