The Military Physical Preparation, optional subject in the Physical Culture and Sport career

Abstract

Defense Preparation Discipline becomes an essential requirement for the future professional performance of students in the different areas of the economic development. Its general objective is to provide students with basic contents that allow them to safeguard our integrity as a nation, its sovereignty and independence that is expressed in their performance as competent professionals and committed to the Revolution. The Defense Preparation Discipline should emphasize the military physical preparation, considering Guantanamo as the first anti-imperialist trench.
