Abstract
Urdu language has got enormous influence from Arabic in respect of letters, words grammar and other structures. Therefore, in this article I have selected Possessive Structure and presented its comparative analysis in Urdu and Arabic languages. I have eloquently discussed its definition, kinds, order, causes of similarities and differences.
