The article analyzes the results of the study of the relationship of career orientations with gender in women employed in the social sphere and, in this regard, reveals the pedagogical conditions of their formation. A variety of individual orientations in the field of social and professional interaction makes it easier to overcome negative situations, to act more actively in a changing environment. The emphasis on this is provided by a set of pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the formation of career orientations in the professional “I-concept” for women employed in the social sphere. The goal is to determine the pedagogical conditions for the formation of career orientations in women employed in the social sphere. Method and methodology of the work: in the article used mathematical methods, as well as statistical methods of analysis; questioning, correlation analysis by Spearman. Results: informative parameters were obtained for the formation of career installations, their interconnection with the gender role of women managers in the social sphere, the pedagogical conditions for the formation of their career orientations were determined. Scope of the results: the results should be applied by personnel services of social service institutions; practicing psychologists during counseling; 4) in the development of individual preventive, developmental and remedial programs; 5) the managers of social institutions in the development of the development strategy for the provision of services.
