MOTIVATION COMPONENT COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF ADAPTATION PERIOD IN CRIMEA

Abstract

The concept of «system approach» to learning, which considers all the components in close relationship with each other is considered. One of the urgent problems of modern pedagogy — developing communicative abilities on the basis of system approach is studied. The role of motivation in the formation of communicative skills of the future specialist is defined. The purpose of this article is to investigate ways to motivate to success. The author comes to the conclusion that the formation of the motivational component is closely linked to the socialization of the individual and manifests itself as a desire to improve the level of their capabilities.
