Endovascular repair of an abdominal aortic aneurysm associated with ectopic kidney: A case report
Abstract
Classical surgical repair of abdominal aortic aneurysms associated with kidney anomalies is described as a very difficult process due to abnormal vascular and excretory system anatomy, and endovascular aneurysm repair does not often seem to be an attractive treatment option in this patient population. Herein, we present a case of an abdominal aortic aneurysm associated with ectopic kidney which was successfully treated with endovascular aneurysm repair. [Turk J Vasc Surg 2020; 29(1.000): 137-9]
