There are several elements that affect the success of ERP, which is used to successfully run the activities by enterprises. It seems to be a necessity to determine the satisfaction levels of the users with success of the system to be able to determine the users’ perception of success. Therefore; this study aims to determine the satisfaction level of the users and to offer solutions through an analysis of its effects on the success of ERP. In this regard, the survey formed using five-point Likert Scale after the literature review has been taken by the users and gathered data has been put to reliability and frequency analysis after being saved onto data-file of SPSS 20.0 program. As a second phase, the data has been analyzed through structural equation model using IBM AMOS 20.0 program, which leads to solution offers. As a consequence of the analysis, it seems that the users have a high-level satisfaction level towards the software and the implemented structural model provides a sufficient amount of satisfaction.
