Asymmetric Bidirectional Quantum Information Transmission by Using 9-Qubit Cluster State as Channel
Abstract
Using a 9-quantum cluster state as the channel, three protocols of asymmetric bidirectional quantum infor-mation transmission for the 2-qubit and 3-qubit states are proposed, respectively. In the first protocol, Alice can tele-port the 3-qubit unknown state of qubits [a1],[a2] and [a3] to Bob, Bob can transfer his 2-qubit unknown state of qubits [b1] and [b2] to Alice. Alice uses a special measurement basis of 3-qubit states, which simplifies the scheme by half. In the second protocol, Alice can remotely prepare the 3-qubit known state of qubits [a1],[a2] and [a3] at Bob's site, at the same time Bob can also remotely prepare the 2-qubit known state of qubits [b1] and [b2] for Alice. Because they make full use of the feedforward measurement strategy, the preparation task can be completed perfectly. In the third protocol, using the advantages of the first two protocols, Alice can successfully teleport the 3-qubit unknown state of qubits [a1],[a2] and [a3] to Bob, and Bob can also perfectly prepare the 2-qubit known state of qubits [b1] and [b2] at Alice's site.
