A protocol to induce expandable limb-bud mesenchymal cells from human pluripotent stem cells

Summary: Here, we present a protocol for the selective differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells mimicking human developmental processes into expandable PRRX1+ limb-bud mesenchymal (ExpLBM) cells.
