Analyse stylistique de l’ancrage multimodal de la deixis dans Les arbres aussi versent des larmes d’Alain Mabanckou

Abstract

In Alain Mabanckou’s poetry, the discourse of exile is constantly marked by the poet’s double feeling of dereliction and hope. This duality is expressed in his poetic work Les arbres aussi versent des larmes through the technique of deixis as a multimodal anchor and index of singular literarity. Based on this premise, the present contribution aims to show how the stylistic analysis of multimodal deixis allows us to understand the poet’s writing project.
