Abstract
This paper distinguishes between the general principles of law and the principles ofjudicial interpretation, approaching the statute of the later ones. It is pointed out that, the principlesof the judicial interpretation, although immanently having an axiological foundation ensured by thegeneral principles of law, operate with another register, being functionally formed and orienting theinterpretation towards the context from the technical and methodological point of view, in the sametime having an applicative pattern.
