Análise Literária e Quadrinhística e transposição do Conto Assassinatos na Rua Morgue, de Edgar Allan Poe
Abstract
For some time, some national literary texts have been adapted to comics, In this same flow, scholars are looking to analyze how this practice is being performed. We followed similar paths, but from a foreign writer, Edgar Allan Poe. Thus, the aim of this work is not only to analyze the "adaptation" of the Murder story in Morgue Street, but also to perform a literary analysis of the story, as well as to make a comparison between the arts, without merit of valuation. For the accomplishment of this work, it had been used books of the literary seam of writers like Tzvetan Todorov and Massaud Moisés, as well as of writers who are dedicated to the study of the comic like Thierry Groensteen. The research was bibliographical, however, whenever necessary a comparative-historical subsidy was sought. From the readings and the writing of the text, the richness of the literary tale and its "adaptation", that is, of the HQ, was perceived. The idea is therefore that it is not necessary to prioritize the arts, because they are different and with objectives, in many cases different, but can be completed depending on the purpose.
