This work discusses essential aspects of ambulatory rehabilitation in hemiplegic patients, with a proposal of alternative means for patients' rehabilitation at zones of difficult access, where there is a need of rehabilitating people at home, using the means proposed by the author, taking into account the degree of disability that the patient has. The means have been validating through user´s opinion and they decreased the disability in ten hemiplegic patients treated, who enhanced independence in daily life activities. It was concluded that with an ambulatory adequate rehabilitation the hemiplegic patients can get better functional capabilities in the muscles affected by the disease. This job is feasible at zones of difficult access, where rehabilitative complexes do not exist.
