Spór wokół programu gospodarczego w rządzie Tadeusza Mazowieckiego

Abstract

The Dispute over the Economic Program in the Government of Tadeusz Mazowiecki The article analyzes the discussions and disputes at the end of 1989 in the government of Tadeusz Mazowiecki over the final shape of the stabilisation programme of the economy. The function of foreign advisers as well as the process of negotiations with the International Monetary Fund have been analyzed. The course of the conflict between Prime Minister Tadeusz Mazowiecki and the Minister of Finance Leszek Balcerowicz was also reconstructed, as well as the role played by the Minister of Labor Jacek Kuroń in settling this dispute.
