《卒中患者吞咽障碍护理规范》团体标准解读 Interpretation of the Association Standard of Nursing Practice for Dysphagia in Stroke Patients

摘要： 2023年12月，中国研究型医院学会发布了《卒中患者吞咽障碍护理规范》（T/CRHA 027—2023）团体标准，提出了卒中患者吞咽障碍护理的基本要求，并对患者的进食护理、口腔护理、气道护理、服药护理、康复护理、心理护理、健康教育、延续性护理和并发症预防及处理等操作进行了规范说明。本文对该标准中的核心要点进行解读，便于使用者理解，以期促进卒中患者吞咽障碍护理的规范实践。 Abstract: In December 2023, the Chinese Research Hospital Association officially released the association standard of Nursing Practice for Dysphagia in Stroke Patients (T/CRHA 027-2023), setting forth the fundamental requirements of nursing care for dysphagia in stroke patients. The operation of feeding nursing, oral nursing, airway nursing, medication nursing, rehabilitation nursing, psychological nursing, health education, continuous nursing, and complication prevention and treatment were standardized. This paper interprets the core points of the standard to facilitate users to understand, in order to promote the standardized practice of nursing care for dysphagia in stroke patients.
