MEDICAL ERRORS AND PATIENT SAFETY IN NICU – TIME FOR CHANGING OF STRATEGY (PART II)

Abstract

Main team strategies and tools for improvement of patient safety which based on two fundamental conceptions – «just culture» model and crew recourses management were reviewed in the second part of the article. Basic skills of teamwork for the supply of safety culture were described. Practical steps of their implementation were identified.
