Mediacja – formą zarządzania konfliktem
Abstract
The article consists of two chapters, introduction and summary. lt deals with mediation as a form of conflict management. lncreasing importance is being attached to mediation both in polish legal system and business management as contrary to other forms of conflict resolution it is a conciliatory method. The article aims to emphasise characteristics of communication and conflicts occurring in organization as well as present mediation as an alternative method of conflict resolution.
