La formation des casques bleus à la protection des biens culturels au Mali, une révolution ?

Abstract

The Unesco Convention of 1954, on the protection of cultural heritage in war time, is the only legal text on this subject. It was completed by a Protocole in 1999. In 2013, the UN Security Council passed the resolution 2100 : the MINUSMA Blue Helmets operation has the mission to protect cultural and historical sites in Mali. It is new to entrust the Blue Helmets to protect cultural goods.
