Abstract
The article discusses approaches to the definition of the concept "cosmic education» in modern philosophical and pedagogical discourse. The author's classification of approaches to the explication of the concept and of space education is offered. Meaningful component of space education formed within the professional, phenomenological-philosophical, synergistic approaches, as well as their synthesis is considered. Common characteristics and distinctive features of these approaches on the basis of comparative analysis are identified.
