Abstract Complications related to inguinal hernias are commonly encountered in medicine. Clinical presentation can vary, and although diagnosis can often be made during physical examination, point‐of‐care ultrasound (POCUS) can be useful in cases where the diagnosis is unclear. Our case underscores to clinicians the utility of POCUS in diagnosing inguinal hernias.
