A implantação da educação a distância na UFGD e a formação continuada dos profissionais para atuar na modalidade educacional
Abstract
The Federal University of Grande Gold (UFGD), created by Law 11,153 of July 29, 2005, joined the Support Programme for the Restructuring and Expansion of Federal Universities (RALLY), in October 2006, with the aim of stimulating academic restructuring of its undergraduate classroom and equip themselves with the conditions for expanded access and retention in higher education. In this sense, UFGD sought the expansion of strategic actions for the internalization of quality higher education through accreditation with the MEC to offer sequential courses in distance education since 2009. Since its implementation has been target of DE / UFGD offer moments of study for teachers and multidisciplinary professionals who work with distance education, in line discursive practice, as pointed out by Foucault (1986), in view of the continuing education, giving new meaning to the guy opposite "their new position - displaced or decentered - within the paradigm "as discussed by Hall (2012, p. 105). This is the line that marks the identity of distance learning, the actions of UFGD: encouraging teachers and professionals working in distance education, expand and strengthen their knowledge, discourses and skills to carry out the teaching of their content autonomously, ie, that is the teacher himself to edit your class, select your content, prepare the evaluation activities and mediate any proposal from the planned and prepared. And it is understood as a teacher, the teacher, the teacher-tutor and content-distance.
