Percutaneous closure with Amplatzer device delductus arteriosus persistence giant pregnant.
Abstract
The ductus arteriosus is one of the most common congenital cardiac malformations. Although not as common, can be diagnosed in adulthood. In this situation it generally consists of cases with minor short circuit, or conversely, patients who have developed pulmonary hypertension, or cyanosis Eisenmenger physiology. This paper presents clinical, echocardiographic and hemodynamic closure of a patent ductus arteriosus diagnosed in adulthood, in a pregnant forwarded to the National Service of Heart Disease and Pregnancy by auscultation of a heart murmur.
