UNE CRITIQUE DE LA DEMARCHE QUALITE EN ENTREPRISE : LES DESSOUS D’UN SYSTEME MONDIAL DE GOUVERNANCE

Abstract

The present work aims to expose the reasons, often ignored, of the reluctance of the quality approach orits refusal by some business leaders. Its reveals the bottom of this sytem of global governance. Because the quality approach, erected in international standard ISO 900 since many decades, is imposed directly or indirectly on companies. However, the steps to arrive at quality are not always innocent, that is, stripped of all restraint, of all taylorism with its consequences. The quality approach is very expensive for SMEs and SMIs. Is not it the affair of the big rich companies?
