PROBLEMATIKA PENGHITUNGAN DAN PEMBAGIAN WARISAN PADA KELUARGA MUSLIM

Abstract

The complicated problem that Muslim families often experience when dividing their inheritance, when among the heirs wants to master their own inheritance. They feel more entitled than others, thus harming other heirs. The emergence of hostilities, disputes between one another. Most of the solutions offered in the case of inheritance division are by dividing equally. There are also those who resolve it in court or other efforts. Islamic teachings offer solving this inheritance problem, so that the brotherhood in the family is well preserved. That way is back to the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet. This paper focuses on the study of counting calculations and division of inheritance in Muslim families.
