Mining Practice of Isolated Grouting and Filling Under Railway Tunnel in Yangquan Mining Area

To solve the contradiction between railway tunnel and coal under village and the shortage of resources in Pingshang Coal Mine, Yangquan Mining Area, the overburden isolated grouting and filling mining technology is used to mine it. The key strata and grouting depth of the overburden of the working face were determined by using the key layer discriminant software based on the borehole histogram of the working face. The distribution positions of the grouting borehole are designed, and the monitoring lines are set up in the railway tunnel. The results show that the isolated grouting and filling technology used in this project can greatly control the settlement and deformation of railway tunnel, and ensure that the treated railway tunnel can be used normally after simple maintenance. It is proved that it is feasible to control the deformation of railway tunnel by the method of separated grouting and filling of overburden rock.
