The surface of AZ31 magnesium alloy has high insulation after micro-arc oxidation treatment.For this,a conductive coating was prepared by adding nickel powder into epoxy resin to modify the surface conductivity of magnesium alloy after micro-arc oxidation.Field emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM),X-ray diffractometer (XRD),conductivity test,friction and wear test,electrochemical test and other analytical tests were utilized to study the micromorphology,phase,conductivity,friction properties and corrosion resistance of conductive coatings with different nickel powder content.Results showed that with the increase of nickel powder content,the resistivity could be as low as 0.02 Ω·cm.When the nickel powder content was 50%(mass fraction),the as-modified coating not only had electrical conductivity,but also had good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
