Conceptual bases managements by innovative potential of the socio-economic system of region

Abstract

Structural components are investigated and conceptual principles of management in innovative potential of social and economic system (SES) regional level are certain, total set of indexes which answer innovative potential of region SES is presented, the graphic model of interaction of organizational and methodical, special and general scientific principles of formation of a control system in innovative potential SES at regional level is resulted.
