The traditional program-controlled standard source cannot meet the requirements of the OIML R46 standard on small current and harmonic output accuracy. For the sake of improving the steady-state output accuracy and dynamic response speed of the standard source, DDS (direct digital synthesizer) signal generation, digital to analog conversion, power amplification, small current processing and control strategy are modified on the basis of the traditional program-controlled standard source. In particular, the dual loop control strategy based on the dynamic inner loop with constant frequency hysteresis loop its core and the steady-state outer loop based on the interpolating windowed FFT is used. The experiment results show that the proposed scheme can effectively improve the steady-state output accuracy and dynamic response speed of the standard source.
