This study examined the relationship between social factors with religious citizenship attitudes of students at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. Research questions about the relationship between social factors (including family, peer group, educational environments and mass media) with religious attitudes of students at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences were answered according to the descriptive correlation method. The statistical population of this research consisted of all university students in the 2010-2011 academic years. The number of male students was 2213 and the number of female students was 3876, a total of 6089 people. Considering the quantity a total of 161 cases based on stratified random sampling were selected, divided by gender and colleges. Measuring instruments used in this study included questionnaires, have been made by researcher, (namely assessment of religious attitudes and measuring social factors). The findings of this research showed that there was a significant correlation of 0/74 between the score achieved for religious attitudes of students and all the factors including family, peer group, educational environments and mass media.
