Post-Surgical Cerebellar Mutism

Abstract

Mutism immediately following removal of a large midline posterior fossa medulluloblastoma and a cerebellar arteriovenous malformation is reported in 2 children from the Department of Neurosurgery, University of Florida, Gainsville, FL.
