Method of definition of risk of development of hepatic insufficiency at complicated bililithiasis

Abstract

The retrospective analysis clinical, biochemical is carried out, immunological and the morphological data at 235 patients with complicated biliary the pathology reveals significant indicators of the risk which account will allow to influence rationally and medical tactics. The estimation of real reserves of a liver already will allow to lower frequency of development of postoperative hepatic insufficiency to operation.
