Algunas ideas de los jóvenes sobre la relatividad y el universo

Abstract

On the basis of an inquiry been to young students of the 4th and 5th year of the present high school of the whole argentinean country, it was inquired about their basic ideas related to the Universe and Relativity. Analizing the results obteined it can be concluded, among others, that students know the ecuation E= mc2 but not its meaning; they believe that they can 't exceed the speed of light nor travel to the past and that the Universe began a long time ago and has no limits. Most of these ideas have been acquired on a social context and must be considered for educational planning.
