Entrepreneurship has become one of the essential sectors for addressing unemployment issues among university graduates. Digitalization provides an opportunity for students to initiate digital business while in university. This research paper examines the association between digital entrepreneurship education and digital entrepreneurial intention among Indonesian students by considering the mediating roles of entrepreneurial intuition and social media usage. A self-administered survey of 270 universities students in Indonesia were involved to deal with the hypotheses of this research paper. The gathered data were further analyzed undergoing partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). The study reveals that digital entrepreneurship education positively affects digital entrepreneurial intention and social media usage. Additionally, a significant correlation is found between social media, entrepreneurial intuition, and digital entrepreneurial intention among students. Subsequently, this research paper confirms the mediating role of social media in the relationship between digital entrepreneurship education and digital entrepreneurial intention, as well as the mediating role of entrepreneurial intuition in this relationship. Finally, the study concludes that social media can mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial intuition and digital entrepreneurial intention. The findings are expected to provide theoretical and practical contributions on the importance of digitalization and social media in stimulating digital entrepreneurial intention. This research highlights the need for entrepreneurship to involve digitalization for students’ entrepreneurial intention and behavior.
