The Effect of Job Training and Professional Certification on Job Opportunities (Case Study at PT Akasia Multi Talenta)

Abstract

This study examines the impact of job training and professional certification on job opportunities at PT Akasia Multi Talenta, amidst the unemployment problem in Indonesia. Focusing on the HR certification program, the study aims to evaluate how training and certification affect job opportunities in the company. Descriptive and verification methods were used with a sample of 171 out of 300 participants. The analysis used the Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple linear regression, F-test, and t-test. The results show that training and certification positively affect job opportunities. This study aims to provide insights and recommendations for individuals, organizations, and policymakers in supporting inclusive and sustainable economic development.
