PECULIARITIES OF PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHERS IN THE SYSTEM OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION

Abstract

The article is devoted to the issue ofprofessional and personal development of teachers in the system of continuous education in the context of the introduction of new educational standards and requirements for his professional portrait. Authors proceededfrom the fact that the system of continuous education serves as a set of directions, forms and ways of deepening and developing professional competence, and the social maturity of the teacher. Today, the system of continuous pedagogical education is aimed at ensuring successful personal and professional development and the growth of educators. Authors believe that the peculiarities of the professional and personal development of the modern teacher in the system of continuous education are still little researched and require further study.
