STUDY OF THE LEVEL OF DEVELOPMENT OF COMMUNICATIVE PERSONAL QUALITIES OF THE YOUNG TEACHERS OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the topical problems of the development of the communicative culture of teachers of the future. In the work of a concept of communicative culture, describes communication, personal qualities as a basic element of the communicative culture. The article presents some results of investigation of the level of development of communicative personal qualities of the young teachers of higher educational institutions.
