PREDIKCIJA EGZISTENCIJE BUSINESS PLANA TEMELJEM PARAMETARA STATUSA VRHUNSKIH SPORTSKIH MENADŽERA

Abstract

With a sample of 66 high positioned sport managers in Bosnia and Herzegovina, it was applied a questionnaire composed of 40 questions connected with characteristics of top-level managers. Those data were processed by standard regression analysis with business plan as criterion. The results show significant relations of business plan with development strategies, law in sport, with in formation from ministry, as well as with intentions of management education, opinions that it is better that manager is selected from sport and with time on actual job. Negative prediction is found in field of seminars organizations and foreign language knowledge.
