Intention to telework in Bucaramanga: A descriptive and correlational analysis

The companies of the different economic sectors are going through a moment of great complexity, since the sanitary and normative conditions of the country have affected the habitual attendance of the totality of the collaborators to the physical facilities of the organization, for such reason, the present investigation has as object to analyze the intention to the telework of the personnel of the companies under a descriptive and correlational optics, for such effect a survey type Likert scale was used under a quantitative approach and a not experimental design of transversal cut and of correlational type. The results indicate that the most favorable elements are the planning and organization of work, and the fulfillment of work goals, as well as statistical differences in the sociodemographic variable of gender in the dimensions of skills, aptitudes and knowledge, which consolidates challenges regarding the autonomy and cohesion of the companies.
