Sumarry. To date, the issue of finding out the specifics of changes in the immune system under the conditions of allergic alveolitis and immobilization stress remains unexplored, since these diseases are quite widespread. The aim of the study –to determine the nature of changes in the levels of T- and B-lymphocytes, circulating immune complexes (CIC) of the blood of male guinea pigs (GP) under conditions of allergic alveolitis (EAA), immobilization stress (IS) Materials and Methods. 100 male GP weighing 180-210 g were used, divided into 4 experimental groups (EG): 1 EG – intact GP; 2 EG – GP with EAA; 3 EG – GP with IS; 4 EG – GP with combination of EAA and IS. Animals were removed from the experiment on the days 1, 14 and 24 from the beginning of the study, according to such stages of development of IS as anxiety, resistance, exhaustion. Results.
