The estimation of efficacy of a medication «Trometamol-N» in complex therapy of urate and mixed urolithiasis, with application of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL), low intensive laser irradiation is done. It was established that after such therapy dissolution of urate and mixed stones has been observed.
