El acuerdo de materias concretas sobre subrogación de trabajadores en las adjudicaciones de contratos públicos en la Comunidad Valenciana: reflexiones y problemas aplicativos

Abstract

The Agreement on specific matters for the improvement of theeconomy and employment of the Valencian Community 2021-2022 signed bythe most representative unions and business association in the autonomous community imposes subrogation in all public contracts carried out in autonomousterritory. The purpose of this article is to comment on some problematic points ofthe interesting business experiment introduced in the Valencian community, aswell as the experience of one year of its application. And it is that the agreementcan serve as a test bed for possible similar agreements in other territories, soits analysis may be of interest to foreign jurists from the Valencian Community.However, the application of this agreement is encountering some obstacles.
