The relevance of the use of various functional elements of piezoelectronics in power and information systems is due primarily to their high reliability. As a result of research of mathematical model of the real device it is possible to define a specific set of geometrical, physical-mechanical and electric parameters of real object which provides realization of technical indicators of a functional element of piezoelectronics stipulated in the technical task. This significantly reduces the time and cost of developing new functional elements of piezoelectronics. In the article, a system of differential equations in partial derivatives is solved on the basis of the averaging method and a mathematical model of the electrical impedance of a piezoceramic disk in the high frequency zone, where the displacement vector of material particles is determined by radial and axial components.
