Realization of the research project «Ukrainian Library Encyclopedia» (ULE) as the quintessence of formation, development, scientific and practical achievements of libraries in the country and features the work. An memories of the famous scientist, Professor M. S. Slobodianyk and evaluation of its activities and achievements as a scholar, a high school teacher in the context of practical implementation of the project ULE.
