Participarea procurorului la etapa dezbaterilor judiciare în instanţa de apel în cauze penale – cazul Republicii Moldova // Participation of the prosecutor in the stage of judicial debates in the court of appeal in criminal cases – Republic of Moldova case

Abstract

The present research deals with the issue of the prosecutor participation in criminal cases, in front of the court of appeal, with a comprehensive analysis of the legal provisions and both internal and international practice. This important problem is solved by a scientific analysis of the way in which the legal provisions regarding the participation of the prosecutor in criminal cases in court of appeal are applied in practice, and of the possible legal errors admitted in the prosecutors’ practice in republic of Moldova.
