Aspectos morfológicos da terminologia da nanociência e nanotecnologia

Abstract

In this paper we describe and analyze the morphological aspects of the set of most frequent terms of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology terminology in order to contribute with the establishment and better understanding of the terminology of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, which are central areas of research, development and innovation activities worldwide, as well as enriching the morphological description of Brazilian Portuguese through the creation of a specialized lexicon, thus contributing with the development of linguistic knowledge that is useful for application in hybrid automatic terminology extraction systems (those that combine methods statistical and based on linguistic knowledge) considered more effective.
