Application of surrounding acupuncture combined with suspended moxibustion in treating one case of herpes zoster and related nursing management (围刺联合悬灸治疗1例带状疱疹患者的护理体会)

Abstract

This paper summarized the application of surrounding acupuncture combined with suspended moxibustion in treating one case of herpes zoster and related nursing management. The surrounding acupuncture combined with suspended moxibustion was carried out at regions affected by herpes zoster. The Numeral Rating Scale (NRS) was used to evaluate the degree of pain caused by herpes zoster. A decreased NRS score was reported after intervention, indicating a positive effect of surrounding acupuncture combined with suspended moxibustion in relieving neuropathic pain caused by herpes zoster. (本文观察围刺联合悬灸治疗1例带状疱疹患者急性期神经痛的应用效果, 总结护理经验。针对患者的带状疱疹区域应用围刺联合悬灸方法进行治疗, 根据NRS疼痛评分进行效果评估。干预后患者NRS疼痛评分降低, 提示围刺联合悬灸可有效降低带状疱疹的神经性疼痛。)
