Alzheimer's disease is the most common and incurable neurodegenerative disease of dementia. It is accompanied by a gradual loss of memory as a result of neurodegeneration of brain cells with age. This disease is one of the most discussed pathologies in recent years. The article discusses the causes of Alzheimer's disease, diagnosis and disease clinic. Alzheimer's disease in old age can be characterized by difficulties with memory, weakening of cognitive abilities and some visual-spatial skills with memory. Under normal circumstances, such mental changes, which are manifested in old age, can compensate for a number of means and means used to facilitate memory. In this case, if you check the mental functions of the elderly person, it will be noted that it will occur normally, that is slower. However, the onset of the disease, which with age worsens mental and everyday life, may be a harbinger of neurological disease, which manifests itself in the main complaints of forgetfulness.
