PSYCHOLOGICAL OBSTACLES IN THE PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES OF PRESCHOOL TEACHERS IN HA TINH CITY
Abstract
Psychological obstacles are understood as barriers, obstacles, difficulties... that make people unable to easily carry out their tasks, activities, and actions, and sometimes it causes people to not achieve the desired final result. The psychological obstacles in the professional activities of preschool teachers are not visible to everyone. The article provides an overview of the influencing factors and causes of psychological obstacles. From there, proposes measures to reduce psychological obstacles in the professional activities of preschool teachers in Ha Tinh city.
